Excel and Elgala are broke and homeless. While Excel is considering how much she's going to charge for Elgala's organs, Menchi finds a corpse in the woods. Unfortunately it's not actually a corpse, it's an old Shinto priest, so Excel decides to take over his shrine and convert it to the service of Lord Il Palazzo. And everything works out really well at first! They gather a lot of followers and make a lot of money. But it turns out the old guy isn't as almost-dead as they assumed; he sets fire to the place and Excel rushes into the inferno to save her statue of Il Palazzo. She ends up right back in a cardboard box under the overpass, with some severe burns for her trouble.
Skill 3: Accelerated healing
Excel can heal from any injury within a few days, no matter how severe; even the scars disappear. Capped, it takes... a few more days I guess?? SHE IS VERY ROBUST.
Also her scars from the Three game are gone now.

▼ ...And really wishes he would correct that
